CJ is a devoted member of the real estate community, and has been involved in a wide array of real estate transactions since 2013. His previous experience stems from his practice in the Commercial Real Estate Appraisal industry as well as previous sales jobs. Prior to starting his own company (Egan Valuation Group), CJ was employed by his former company that issued over $1B in annual appraised values. Having a personal relationship with the real estate market you sell in is a critical factor in determining client needs.

CJ was raised in Danville since the early 1990's, and attended San Ramon Valley High School. After 18+ years in the East Bay, CJ obtained a degree in Business Information Systems with an option in Management from CSU Chico. He returned to Walnut Creek after college and lived in the Larkey Park neighborhood for over 5+ years and now resides in San Francisco.
